Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience within the Ceylon Tourism Development Programme. Please review our guidelines regarding cancellations and product returns below.
- Event Tickets & Bookings Cancellations made 48 hours before the event start time (6:30 PM) are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or "no-shows" are non-refundable due to pre-allocated resources for performers and facilitators.
- Experience Lab Products If you purchase items at our Experience Labs (Batik, Pottery, etc.), returns are only accepted if the item is proven damaged at the time of purchase.
- Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Force Majeure In the event of a state-ordered cancellation or extreme weather, MCB reserves the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will remain valid for the new date, or a full refund may be requested.
